Having worked on both sides of the aisle including positions in corporate marketing groups as well as small and large advertising agencies, he offers a unique and balanced perspective. He defines and formulates creative ways to solve business challenges, capitalize on business opportunities, and articulate brand identity to meet consumer needs and desires.

Joe Karadin, Creative Director Joe creates impactful experiences within the built environment. A highly experienced architect and exhibit designer, he has more than eighteen years of experience in immersive environmental design. Joe leads multidisciplinary design teams on projects as diverse as branded retail environments, museum exhibits, corporate environments and media architecture installations. His passion is exploring new ways of creating, communicating, and producing physical and digital design to shape experiences. His design practice focuses on the complex interconnections between content, experiential narratives, and spatial arrangements.

His organization, clear communication and attention to detail ensures all Tessellate projects are delivered on time and on target.
